A. We recommend an appointment to ensure prompt service. You can stop in during normal business hours for a no obligation free estimate.

Q. How do I book an appointment?
A. Give us a call at 517-545-5700 during Collision Center hours and we can schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

Q. Do you have free loaner vehicles?

A. Yes, we provide loaner vehicle for those who do not have renters insurance, based on availability.

Q. Can I get a ride home?

A. Yes, we offer shuttle rides to and from the dealer. Just give us a call or ask your adviser.

Q. Are your hours the same as the Service Departments?

A. No, the Collision Centers hours are a little different. We are open 7:30am - 6pm Monday through Friday.

Q. How long will the repairs take?

A. Repairs vary depending on the amount of damage to your vehicle. We do our best to repair all vehicles in a timely manner. We will be able to provide a more accurate time during your free estimate.
