Check out the 2021 Ford Escape in four trim levels: S, SE, SEL, and Titanium. The S trim level features 17-inch steel wheels. This trim level is additionally available with a SE Sport Appearance package that adds a panoramic sunroof, black exterior styling elements, and 19-inch black-painted wheels.
Consider the SEL trim level for 18-inch wheels, roof rails, foglights, and LED headlights. You can upgrade this trim level with the SEL Stealth AWD package for 19-inch black-painted wheels and black exterior styling elements.
The final Titanium trim level has 19-inch wheels and LED foglights. It can also be upgraded with the Titanium Elite package for chrome exterior accents and a panoramic sunroof.
Engine (Power)
The 2021 Ford Escape is available with two different engine options. The first available engine is a turbocharged 1.5-liter inline-three engine that generates 181 horsepower and 190 pound-feet of torque. For an increase of power, consider the turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine that can produce 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. Both engines link to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Performance
Smooth and easy to drive, the 2021 Escape is an ideal vehicle for new drivers and experienced drivers alike. Front-wheel drive is standard for this small SUV, but all-wheel drive is optional. When properly equipped, the Ford Escape can tow up to 3,500 pounds.
Interior
Five can ride in the 2021 Escape. The vehicle has a versatile cabin with second-row seats that fold down. When the seats are up, the vehicle has 33.5 to 37.5 cubic feet of cargo space. When you fold the second row of seating down, the cabin opens up to 65.4 cubic feet of storage space, which is impressive for a small SUV.
