The 2025 Ford Super Duty comes in five trim levels: the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum. The 6.7-liter Power Stroke V-8 Turbo-Diesel produces 475 horsepower at 2,600 rpm and 1,050 pound-feet of torque at 1,600 rpm. The high-output version of this engine delivers 500 horsepower at 2,600 rpm and 1,200 pound-feet of torque at 1,600 rpm.

When properly equipped, the Super Duty achieves a maximum towing capacity of 40,000 pounds. It handles conventional towing up to 22,000 pounds, fifth-wheel towing up to 22,300 pounds, and gooseneck towing up to 32,500 pounds. The maximum payload capacity is 8,000 pounds with proper configuration. Pro Trailer Hitch Assist is standard across all trims, making trailer hookups easier.
