The 2024 Ford Bronco Sport is a compact SUV that makes a big impression on drivers at our Ford dealership. This fun vehicle comes with an eight-inch touchscreen, available adaptive cruise control, and off-roading capabilities. Read our introductory guide to learn more about its awesome features.

An Impressive Ride

The Bronco Sport is a compact SUV powered by a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine with automatic stop-start technology. It generates up to 181 horsepower. This standard engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission for a smooth ride.

This design is what you’ll find under the hood of every trim of the Bronco Sport, except the top-tier Badlands. In the Badlands, you’ll find an upgraded 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, this time generating up to 250 horsepower. Every Bronco Sport comes with 4×4 capabilities for improved traction, and excellent off-roading capabilities.

Plenty of Driving Modes

The standard Bronco Sport comes with five different driving modes for an enhanced experience. These include Sport, Eco, Normal, Sand, and Slippery. Ford calls their selectable modes G.O.A.T., which stands for Goes Over Any Type of Terrain.

In the Badlands trim, you’ll have these five driving modes, plus two more. These are specifically designed to improve your offroading experience and include Rock Crawl mode, and Mud/Ruts mode.

A 180-Degree Camera

An available 180-degree camera with split-view improves your visibility, whether you’re in a busy parking lot or on the trail. Adding this feature to the Badlands gives you an extra boost when you are in Rock Crawl or Mud/Ruts mode. The split-view feature will then work as an extra set of eyes to help you navigate unusual terrain.

High-Quality Driver Assist Technology

Ford has equipped the Bronco Sport with excellent driver assist technology, starting off with a pre-collision assist. This comes paired with automatic emergency braking for improved safety. You’ll also have a lane-keeping system to monitor your place in your lane and help you avoid drifting. Your blind spot information system will come standard with a cross-traffic alert, helping you stay aware of any obstacles surrounding your vehicle.

There are plenty of great additional features you can add as well, including adaptive cruise control. Ford’s adaptive cruise control comes with features like lane centering, and speed sign recognition, to help you stay safe. You can also add rear parking sensors as another feature to support you in busy parking areas.

Infotainment Technology

Your Bronco Sport will have the latest in infotainment tech as well, including a standard eight-inch LCD touchscreen. This display is in the center stack. It’s well-packaged with connectivity features, including Bluetooth, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. Adding the voice-activated navigation system will give you quality status reports on the traffic ahead.
